What is your returns policy?

Unworn shirts can be returned within 15 days upon receipt. Please send a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. Defective products can be returned and a new product will be shipped free of charge. Please note, if your shirt has been worn and washed, we cannot accept your item for a refund. Please fill out a return from when sending items back for exchange or credit. Simply click on the link to the return form to print and fill out with your return.

Where are your shirts manufactured and printed?

All shirts are hand printed by Beautiful Demise in house on shirts manufactured in the US. Currently, Beautiful Demise only prints on American Apparel tshirts manufactured in the good ole USA.

How can I be notified of new products?

The best way to keep track of new products is to sign up for our newsletter or friend us on facebook. We announce every new shirt via our facebook page. Another easy way to know is to also check our blog on a regular basis.

How do your shirts fit?

We print on a few different styles of American Apparel, so we have included a link to the appropriate sizing chart for each shirt in the shop. When you click on any product in the shop, you will be shown a large product view on its own individual page, on this page you will find the sizing chart corresponding to the actual product.

What form of payment do you accept?

Upon check out, you are allowed to pay with any major debit card, paypal, and we currently accept credit cards from Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express or Discover. We also do not accept money orders or personal checks.

Is Beautiful Demise apparel available for wholesale?

Yes, we do offer BD apparel at wholesale prices. Please send all inquires to tchmonkey25@gmail.com.

How long will it take my shirt to arrive?

Standard shipping throughout the continental US take 5-10 business days. International orders take 3-5 weeks depending on customs processing. In many instances shirts will arrive much faster, but of course we need to cover our asses by using the standard delivery times that our shipping vendors have established. If your item is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you with an email and your order will be shipped in 7-15 business days.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Currently we do not offer the option to ship to multiple addresses. For example, if you bought a shirt for yourself and a friend, we cannot send your shirt to you and the other shirt to your friend. If you need to ship shirts to multiple locations, the only way to accomplish this is to process each order individually online with different transactions or call Beautiful Demise to make the necessary arrangements. We would be glad to help.

How much will shipping cost?

All of our products are shipped with a standard flat rate of $5.95. Even if you order 2 or more tees, you will still only pay the $5.95 flat rate fee. However, BD offers free shipping on all orders of $70 or more! Currently, BD does not offer express/overnight shipping.

What are my shipping options?

All orders will be sent USPS standard flat rate unless otherwise noted or previous arrangements have been made with Beautiful Demise
